Just realized alot of these sites don't allow US customers, is there anyway around or is that just how it is?

To my knowledge there is a US law that makes USA resident persona non grata for most bookmakers. Don't know much about the details however.

Could I open a moneybookers account and fund those European and British Bookmakers that way??

You should contact Moneybooker on that topic.
Here you can find a list of bookmakers and quickly see the ones that don't accept US players: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/Ratings+on+over+400+Sportsbooks+/default.aspx
Also some bookmaker that accept Moneybooker and US players do not accept Moneybooker for US players..
