Errors happen, no discussion about that.
There can be several reasons: invalid odds given by bookmaker, odds that are not up to date, and finally incorrect interpretation of odds.
In order to limit those errors we:
- try to publish odds asap aka the turbo mode elsewhere ;-)
- try to detect incorrect odds
- try not to make bugs
But in the end, there will always be errors. That why YOU MUST ALWAYS CHECK the information displayed.
As we want to provide the best service, we are very happy to get feedback on that point. So if you find a bug (that is an error in our software, not a wrong odd provided by the bookmaker for example) AND if we can reproduce it AND if you are the first one to submit it (by mail please), we will reward you with a 30 free days subscription.

Yes due to a change in the odds extraction, odds from 188Bet were not correctly retrieved anymore.
This has been fixed.
